Job Description:
The Client Services Specialist serves as a liaison between ACS clients and internal collections staff. This role is responsible for supporting client relationships by providing reports, sharing account updates, communicating procedural changes, and helping facilitate requests between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.
This position plays an important role in helping ensure client expectations, reporting needs, and account procedures are clearly communicated and consistently supported across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and service requests
• Provide clients with account updates, status information, and requested reports
• Communicate client-specific procedures, account instructions, and workflow changes to internal staff
• Coordinate with collections staff and leadership to ensure client requests are addressed accurately and timely
• Help track, document, and follow up on client questions, concerns, and operational requests
• Assist with maintaining accurate client records, notes, and reporting processes
• Support internal communication related to account handling, client expectations, and procedural updates
• Promote a professional, responsive, and service-oriented experience for clients
